It is the policy of our company to ship our products as expeditiously as possible. However the speed with which products are shipped is in direct relationship to the manner in which payment is made.
Payment made by cashiers check,bank wire, bank check, or money order will result in shipment within one*** business day of receipt of the payment.
Payment by personal check will result in a delay of 10 business days for clearing before shipment.
Payment for shipping, handling, and insurance is added to the price of the product purchased and is calculated by using the table below.

All coins are graded by ANA and Photograde.
All diamonds over one half carat are accompanied by a GIA or EGL Grading Report.
Service charge of $25.00 will be added to all returned checks. |

RETURNS AND REFUNDS |

We will be glad to make a refund on your purchase up to 30 days from the date of your purchase provided the item(s) is in new condition, accompanied by our receipt, and subject to the following TERMS. |

TERMS |
Items sold with certification must be returned with original certification papers in order to receive a full refund.
Refunds on bullion items are governed by market price.
Any single coin that has been removed from it's holder may not be returned for full value.
Any jewelry that has been altered in any way, including sizing, may not be returned for full value.
When an item is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase but is not in new condition we will gladly make an exchange though adjustments to the original selling price may be necessary.
